(1) Round table discussion
The details of this discussion will be announced in due course.
(2) Oral Presentations
Around 40 invited speakers will talk on the topics covered in the conference. Some of the speakers will be selected from the poster contributions to oral presentation sessions. Refer to the poster presentation column next.
(3) Poster Presentations
Presentations by participants can take a form of a poster. Authors will have a chance to describe their contributions during specified times. ((Preparatory work for presentations (tacking posters to the panel set in the room 501 etc) by participants will be in the process from 9AM on Nov 3rd onwards.)) Some of the abstracts will be selected as oral presentations. Presenters will be notified in response to the submission of their abstracts.


Participants hoping to present a poster should have done register at the registration form section and are requested to submit an abstract. Be sure to give all the information requested and type the abstract to enable direct reproduction. Deadline date for both applications for registration and submission of abstracts: September 7, 2000.

Posters must be within 850 mm wide x 1500 mm high, portrait orientation, in English, and readable from a distance of one meter. A book of abstracts will be included in the registration package.
